What office supply vendor does your company use?  Do you utilize punchout?  Do you have 3 way match?  Are you happy with your current vendor?  Any information that you can share would be great.

We use Staples and utlize the Punch-Out catalog. We dispatch PO's via EDI and have credit card payments. Dispatching via EDI allows Staples to recognize our users rather than just our Company and therefor users inside the punch-out can have a favorites list unqie to them. This also allows them to track their own orders and do online returns while not being shown everyone in the Companies stuff. We do not receive becuase of the low risk/dollar time items being purchased.

Hi, we used Staples since 2010, and are in the process of moving to Faison (who is Staples but minority owned which is the main reason for the change).

We use punch out for requisitions in epro, three way matching is on so receiving is required.  Our AP uses an XML file upload to process payments through e-supplier.

We use Staples across our organization.  We also use Office
Max but the discounts were higher with Staples.  We do use
Punchout with Staples and it works well.  We also implemented
getting Purchase Order Acknowledgements via Peoplesoft.  We
are happy with Staples and their level of customer service
overall.
