Advanced Pricing for Oil & Gas .Basics Code 8\. work around ?

Dear Community we face the following issue in JDE Advanced Pricing Module (9.2 rel):

In Order to cover our customers (in oil & Gas Industry) business request we have to use the Basis Code 8 BSFN recommended by Oracle .

The issue we face is that this Basis Code 8 Function is passing wrong values .

We have followed all instruction from the white paper from Basis Code 8 in Advanced Pricing ( Doc ID 1291414.1 ) and copy-pasted the demo source code provided to create custom function B554502 that is supposed to call another function and pass values from F4211 and F4201 through pointers but the debug tells me that the values passed on are either blank or zero.

Since Oracle considers basis code 8 as a custom and therefore is currently not supported and is outside the scope of Global Customer Support (GCS) can you advise of any workaround or even a correction in the source code provided for Basis code 8 ( source code attached in the Doc ID 1291414.1 along with the PDF Creating Custom Functions for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Advance Pricing)?
