AP voucher entry - Duplicate warning messages appears when copying in from a PO

I'm wondering whether anyone has found a way to handle duplicate warning messages.  During voucher entry when we need to pull in a multi-line PO and remove the irrelevant lines for this payment instance, PeopleSoft asks user to confirm that they really want to remove the line.  Subsequently, a second warning message pops up to warn that user may be changing the encumbrance of a PO.  Has anyone made any customizations or configuration changes to remove any of these message flags?  From initial discussions this is as by design and cannot be modified.  Our users are finding it redundant to have to click through two message flags during voucher entry.  PeopleSoft 9.2 Image 24, PeopleTools 8.55.  Thanks.
