In our next round of Supplier Lifecycle Management Enhancements, we plan to open more fields on the Supplier’s Profile enabling them for input during the self-service registration and subsequent update process. We do need your help to determine which fields are a high priority and make sense to expose for these self-service actions by your Suppliers.
Attached is a spreadsheet with the fields we think are possible candidates for including on the Supplier self-service Registration and Change Request Pages. Could you please review BOTH Column G & I with the yellow highlighted cells, and indicate with an “X” in those cells if you wish those fields to be enabled. Also, the columns H & J headed “Internal” indicates whether these fields should be for Internal use only (by employees). Please also mark your preference for that by entering an “X” in those columns. In green highlighted column K, please indicate your ranking of H=Must Have, M=Nice to Have, L=Can Do Without). And feel free to supply any additional color commentary.
Could you please have this document returned by May 25<sup>th</sup>, as we would like to convene a Focus Group discussion after the survey is tallied.
