Manager Self-Service for HR Life Cycle Events

Dear all,

We looking into implementing Manager Self-Service in my organization. Historically, we have build lot of Home Grown solutions in PeopleSoft but with this we would like to move to more Vanilla - straight from the box solution. What I am looking for is anyone who has implemented MSS and who would be available to discuss their lessons learned and how they approached i.e approval flows, workflows etc.

Any advise or thought sharing would be much approaciates.
