We have a robust company tuition reimbursement policy, and we have a custom application that loads reimbursement information for employees into PeopleSoft payroll for processing. However, our users are asking for an employee self-service application where employees can fill out the tuition reimbursement form online and upload appropriate documentation with the application. I don't know of any delivered functionality within PeopleSoft for something like this.
How do other companies handle tuition reimbursement? Do you have a solution within PeopleSoft…or outside PeopleSoft?
