PeopleSoft I-9 processing

Is anyone using PeopleSoft I-9 processing?  We currently are still using paper I-9s but are considering going to the electronic form in Self Service.

I'm interested in any information regarding the process, drawbacks, issues you have experienced using this feature.  When are you doing the validation of documents and how long does that process take.  We usually have orientation classes that consist of 140 new hires, so wondering how long that would take if we had to add that as part of our day 1 orientation.
