We are in the process of moving our PS system into the cloud and are right now reviewing the SOW and SLA for the contract. If you have implemented or migrated to cloud hosting, is there anything you wish you knew, or anything you wish had been reviewed or examined prior to the move? This is new ground for us, so I really don't know what I don't know.
Do you mean Cloud IaaS for hosting your PeopleSoft application or Cloud application e.g. Oracle HCM Cloud.
If it is the former, which Cloud? Different Clouds can have different license restrictions pending your database eg Oracle, MS, DB2. There are also restrictions pending the way that your database is licensed, OCPU use, virtualization etc.
