PeopleSoft Recruiting References
Hello,
We are considering moving from Taleo to PS Recruiting Solutions. We currently have PeopleSoft as our HCM. Our VP of Talent Acquistions is interested in connecting with others that have deployed PSRS. She would like to speak to someone who can give her insight on front end users and candidate experience.
Please provide candid feedback on your experience. Thank you.

Thank you Brenda.
My business partner is out of the office until the end of the week. I am hoping to get some time on her calendar soon to chat with you. Thank you again for agreeing to speak with us.
Regards,

Hi Kirk,
We are entertaining the idea. This is an exploratory excerise. We purchased the PSRS when we converted to PeopleSoft a few years back but did not implement as Taleo was already in place. We believe we may gain some efficiencies in our integration between PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft Recruit. A more pressing objective is role out position management in the next 12 - 18 months. This may be a simplier with PSRS rather than Taleo. We are currently reviewing our Taleo configuration and customizations as we may have outgrown it's inital implementation set up. We intend to get an understanding of what work effort may be needed to fix or reconfigure Taleo based on our current needs or invest the time in configuring PSRS.

Hi Lydia,
We have been using PS Recruiting Solutions for over 11 yrs. (8.8 to 9.2.17). We've had a roller coaster of experiences with the functionality including considerable customizations. And unfortunately, there are still some needs that are not met. I would be happy to share our experience with you.

Lydia,
We are actually going to Taleo for our international operations. Curious as to why you are moving off of Taleo? We are just kicking off an Integration project with Taleo and PeopleSoft.

Kirk
