Flex plans

We are currently using a 3rd party provider for our Flex Health and Depcare benefits. Their system is set to round down for all pay periods but the final where it rounds up to meet the Annual Election amount.  Is there a way to set JDE to calculate the final deduction correctly?  Currently we are having to override our final deduction to get the full election withheld for the year.

We are on 9.2 and I not only mark my Dep Care or Flex box on the leg/reg form- but in the Annual Limit on our DBA I enter 2650.00 or  5000.00 and it stops like it should and lowers the deduction by that amount. I an tell you ithat causes an issue for Open Enrllment - So I remove it for a few weeks while that is open. But it works like it should.
