Sending Federal and State Tax Payments by Wire

We are looking to begin sending tax wires from PeopleSoft but am having trouble finding any documentation/support for what fields to store all of the information in (besides in the addenda).  Does anyone send tax wires to the bank?  What file format are you using?  Have you created custom code or does PeopleSoft logic/code create the file correctly?
