How to add back Adjustment Period missing from Adjustment Period Mass Update page?
On PS Financials 9.2, we have lost an Adjustment Period line for one of our Ledger Groups in the “Include Adjustment Periods” section at the bottom of the Adjustment Period Mass Update page (Set Up Financials/Supply Chain>Business Unit Related>General Ledger>Open Periods>Adjustment Periods Mass Update).
In our TST environment which was refreshed last Friday, we can see Adjustment Period 998 for GAAP. However, after making a change yesterday on this page to a different ledger group, we are no longer able to access unposted journal entries for GAAP in Production. We discovered the Adjustment Period 998 line for GAAP that is still in TST is now gone in PRD.
I have read the documentation and understand that Adjustment Periods are added on the Detail Calendar page. However, Adjustment Period 998 still exists there. And it still shows up for our other two Ledger Groups.
Before I attempt to replicate issue in TST, I am wondering how Adjustment Periods come into the Adjustment Period Mass Update page initially. Does it automatically do so when a new adjustment period is added to the calendar? Or does it need to be “pulled in” somehow?
There is a “Sync Calendar Adj Periods” checkbox that looks promising; but I am reaching out to see if anyone has hands-on experience with it.
I have included an attachment to help explain issue visually.
Thanks,
