Oracle UPK and US Section 508 Standards for Accessibilty

Does anyone have any information on UPK player packages (Standard version) and if they meet the accessibility standards?  Does UPK work with JAWS or any other screen reader?  Also, what about packages created from PowerPoint and Word documents.  I heard there might have been a presentation at Collaborate (don't know when)  that might have touched on this topic.
