Has anyone using Cobblestone System for Contracts Management?

Has anyone used CobbleStone System for Contracts Management?  Clackamas County is looking to implement and integrate Cobblestone System into our PeopleSoft Purchasing and Accounts Payable module.  We are hoping if someone has implemented and/or integrated the package with the application that we could get insight into your impressions/issues/concerns with this application.
