Is anyone using the Interaction Hub to manage the month end close process? Are there any other tools you are using within PeopleSoft to track month end close processes and tasks?
Have you taken a peek at the new Fluid UI workcenters for GL,
AP and Billing? These are, IMO, excellent tools that aid the close
process. You have the option to build your own workcenters if you
don't like the delivered ones. In addition to these, you can
use the GL Account Reconciliation process.
PeopleSoft used to offer a "limited use" license for FSCM
Customers to create a Portal for the Close Process. I am not sure
if that's still the case or not.
