We have employees in countries where a 13th month salary is paid. My compensation department wants the system to include this 13th month payment in their annual salary amount. Total salary of 13 months should not be divided evenly over 12 months. It should be paid as an additional payment in the appropriate month for the country. They believe that not including it in annual salary is a problem when reviewing salary survey information.
Would you share how your company treats these 13th month payments? Do you included them in ANNUAL_RT or note them separately?
