Please consider voting for this enhancement request.
Currently, we use the voucher attachment functionality in PeopleSoft AP to allow users to attach supporting documentation when creating vouchers. We also use the ACH email advice functionality that allows users to be able to send e-mail notifications to suppliers when they receive an electronic payment. Is it possible to include the attachments that were added to the voucher to the e-mail advice sent to the supplier in addition to the attachment they are already receiving as part of the AP Email Advice process?
Oracle recommended that an idea in Oracle Community support for this so that a future enhancement will be prioritized and approved. Please feel free to upvote if this is something that you would like to see happen in the future. The URL is https://community.oracle.com/ideas/17386.
