Setting up notifications for approvers that haven't approved a request after a certain number of days

Hello everyone, I'm relatively new to Peoplesoft, but I'm trying to set up the system so that when an approver of an EPRO request has not approved that request after a certain number of days, the system will send an email to that approver with a reminder that they need to complete the approval.

Does anyone have any advice on where to start with this? I've found a number of Peoplesoft articles about Notifications/Alerts, but I think some practical guidance would be welcome.

There is a guide on My Oracle Support for Steps to setup NEM to send Notifications based on User List for Voucher Approval. You should be able to use this for ePro as well. Search for the Doc ID 1612703.1.
