Hello - I have a question for larger companies that have employees in Alabama. How are you planning to handle the new law effective January 1, 2024 for Overtime being exempt in Alabama? What if you have an employee with an Overtime Pay Type and they have less than 40 hours? The overtime at less than 40 hours will need to be taxed. We don't believe we will be able to create another Pay Type due to the nature of our business - those keying time won't necessarily know if the employee lives or works in Alabama.
