Data Recovery in ERP/HCM Cloud?

We are a long time PeopleSoft shop (Campus Solutions, HCM, and Financials) and we are in the middle of a project of migrating to Oracle's cloud solution for ERP and HCM. Can anyone offer advice on any tools that exist to help with data recovery in an Oracle SaaS product or offer resources (training, documents, etc.) where I can learn more about available tools/options?

While whole database/application restoration is interesting to understand in the SaaS solution, I am more concerned or focused on the day-to-day type issues that could occur that would not require a full system restoration. For example, a user entering bad data or inadvertently changing/deleting data. Does Oracle provide any built-in tools or methods for rewinding mistakes such as these? Do third-party solutions exist on the market?
