peoplesoft - punchout content blocked

Hi Everyone,

has anyone had/have issues with setting up a vendor for punchout procurement 9.2 and had issues with content being blocked?
My issue is after connecting to a vendor site and picking items, my voucher is empty on returning to peoplesoft.

My browser (edge) network debugging message appears to be 'content blocking' my return to peoplesoft.
