PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) with 3rd party Test Management Tools

Hi everyone,

Does anyone use PTF alongside with Test Management Tools like ones listed here: http://www.softwaretestinghelp.com/15-best-test-management-tools-for-software-testers 

We use JIRA cloud for our ticketing, support and development activities, and I would like to be able to have integrated test management tool that will take an advante of automation as well as test runs, reporting, etc.

Any ideas even if this is possible (and I presume the answer is nothing is impossible), but what would be high level approach?

Considering that PTF is native tools objects, we should be able to expose it and work with it via API.
