Best Setup for Defined Contribution Pension Plan -flat amt based on hours worked

Does anyone have a PS setup (work-around or custom) for a Defined Contribution Pension Plan that contributes a flat dollar amounts for each hour an employee works? If you do, could you share how you handled this?

Currently we have our 401a, 403b and 457 (4x) Savings Plans setup to contribute on percentage of earnings each pay period but we haven't figured out yet how to setup a flat dollar contribution based on hours worked.

Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

We're on PS HCM 9.2 PUM 42 PeopleTools 8.58.22.
