Printing to a Window Issue

Hello,

I have a customer that is on PeopleTools 8.55 that is customize that is having issues printing in the window. When they have a report and they have option to print to the web, printer, and window. They are having issues printing to the window and wanting to see if others are having an issue with this and/or a solution to this.

They are getting the window slipping back and forth and not getting anywhere with it.

I assume they are using REN in order to accomplish this, can y5ou give me more details as to what they are trying to print and what technology they are using (BI Pub, SQR, etc…)
