Bonuses under the Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA)
We have nondiscretionary bonuses under the FLSA that must be included in the regular rate. Once the bonuses are ascertained at the end of the performance period, we must retroactively recalculate the regular rate for each workweek in the bonus period and pay the additional overtime compensation due on the bonus.
Does PeopleSoft have delivered functionality for retroactively recalculating these types of bonuses or is someone currently doing this with a customization? Thanks!

You should be able to do this without customization.

Take a look at Section 6 - FLSA Over Multiple Periods; there is an example there that is similar to yours.
