PUM 46 - VCHR_LINE_SBP

We are currenly upgrading to PUM 46. We have a modification to VCHR_LINE_SBP. When we and our contractor tries to open it to alter it, the page times out in App Designer. Has anyone else ran into this? If your PUM 46 page is working, anyway to export it out and send us a copy. Thanks in advance.
