Update on 23A from Baylor

During 23A testing on Oracle Profile Management, we configured Time Based Reminders When A Worker Has Not Updated The Talent Profile For Certain Number Of Days (Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management 23A What's New) and tested with a 1-day since talent profile last update to see what the notification emails would look like and function. Following this, our development 1 environment setup sent 4,088 emails to live users in our PROD environment. Our security team investigated this and everything in development 1 environment is setup correctly in BPM worklist for all notifications to go to a test email. However, it is important to note that all Talent Management notifications do not go through this BPM worklist setup but are configured in alert composer/talent notifications in setup and maintenance.

Call out for other companies, you need to run an HDL load to replace your .edu or .com employee emails with a .dev email address to ensure that real notifications are not being sent to users outside your development environment(s).
