JDE SSO | Getting login screen from browser when I click on Network Login

Hello whenever I try to access JDE, when I click on the 'Click here for network login' link, it is supposed to sso me into JDE. Instead, my browser prompts me for login information. It is a window that seems to be presented by the browser, not JDE. I get this in Chrome and Edge (the 2 browsers I have tried). Has anyone else experienced this and if so what did you do to resolve?

actual result when I click on 'Click here for network login' : I get a browser pop-up prompting me for a UID and PWD
expected result when I click on 'Click here for network login' : I should be SSO'd into JDE
