    An Austin based information technology staffing firm serving Texas government clients is looking to hire a Sr. PeopleSoft Systems Administrator. One of our larger clients is seeking an administrator to join its team and provide long term support of its financial and human capital management application (HCM). Initially the work will involve upgrading the financial application. The system administrator will be required to review the requirements of the upgrade and the clients existing architecture to identify any changes which may be needed prior to the upgrade. Once this assessment is completed the system administrator will work as a member of the team responsible for performing the upgrade. Upon completion, the system administrator will be responsible for ongoing administration, troubleshooting, monitoring and performance tuning of the application. This role will also provide as needed support of the HCM application.

    This client is headquartered in Austin Texas and it does require the system administrator to work in the office at least 2 days a week and 3 days remote, so you should be located in the Austin/Central Texas area.

    Requirements:
    8 years’ experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator
    8 years’ experience RHEL/Oracle Platform
    8 years’ experience PeopleTools
    8 years’ experience Advanced SQL
    8 years’ experience PeopleSoft System Troubleshooting
    4 years’ experience PeopleSoft PUM Image Upgrades
    4 years’ experience Unix Shell Scripting
    4 years’ experience PeopleSoft FSCM Upgrades
    4 years’ experience PeopleSoft Project Migrations
    2 years’ preferred experience with the SCRUM framework and SCRUM teams
    2 years’ preferred experience PeopleSoft HCM Upgrades
    1 year preferred experience STAT migration tool
