Oregon H1, H2, G2 taxes - not calculating when interim has deductions

We just installed Vertex #12/22 with Vertex 4.4.0 and set up taxes H1 (State Unemployment Special Tax Offset) and G2/H2 (Paid Leave Oregon) in PDBA > Tax Exemptions because we do not want this tax to calculate, but we do want the system to capture the Excludable Wgaes.

I found that when I test with an interim with deductions these three taxes are not displayed in Tax Detail. When I test with an interim without deductions, the taxes DO display in Tax Detail.

I'm not sure why these taxes don't appear in Tax Detail when I have deductions, and only show up when I do not have deductions.

@Evelyn Bian Update: I refreshed our environment from PROD and the issue disappeared. Possibly with all my testing in DV, creating and deleting interim entries, it caused some strange things to happen...
