Supplier Item Price Updates

We are using the item loader and po price update processes to update supplier pricing for items via Excel to CI (IN_VND_ITM_XLS). After staging the data and running the processes, the prices aren't updated. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so were you able to identify a workaround or fix?
