Unified Navigation error "This page is no longer available"

Has anyone had an error with Unified Navigation where the navigation from Home Pages from HCM to Finance has an error This page is no longer available?

Replication steps:

1. Open PeopleSoft: Browser Sequence tab is hcmprd
2. Go to Accounts Payable homepage
3. Click Voucher tile
   a. Tab sequence switches over to finprd
   b. In the Invoice field type 1 and click Search
4. Click New Window
   a. New tab instance is hcmprd_2
5. On the hcmprd_2 tab, click the Home button
6. Go to the Accounts Payable homepage
7. Click the Payments tile
8. Click New Window
   a. New tab instance is hcmprd_3, click the Home button
9. Click Voucher tile OR navigate using the Fluid pages OR navigate using navigator OR navigate using Favorites
10. Click New Window
    a. New tab instance is hcmprd_4, click the Home button
11. Click Voucher tile OR navigate using the Fluid pages OR navigate using navigator OR navigate using Favorites
