Life Insurance Age Reduction Coverage Bands -

Has anyone been able to determine a way to do the Insurance Age Reduction as of the Beginning of the Next Year instead of at the end of the pay period where their birthdate falls? We would like to change the reduction to occur the 1st of the year following the year they meet the age reduction band.
