Questions on Approval Notifications with AWE

Hi Everyone -

We need to understand what our customers have done in the area of approval notifications with AWE. Your response to these questions would be greatly appreciated.

• Have you adopted Approval Notifications with AWE offered in Peopletools 8.59?

• If you have adopted, did you leave it so it functions the way it does today or did you fully use notification name in order to allow users to personalize them?

• Do you change the notification text we deliver for the different notifications at the event level?

• Do you change the configuration to use a different message catalog or email template or do you modify the delivered message catalog or email template

• Do you create your own process IDs cloning the ones we deliver versus change the one we deliver
