PeopleSoft Maintenance Management Pages slowness on PeopleTools 8.59

We ae in the middle of PeopleTools upgrade from version 8.58.09 to 8.59.09 and currently going through integration testing. We are on PUM # 39. We are experiencing most of the pages in Maintenance Management module is very slow. Labor Assignment Workbench is timing out to save the assignments to the unassigned work orders. We looked at the overall system database health and did not find any resource bottlenecks. I would like to know if any of you have experienced this issue and possible resolutions.
