Oracle CPUs

I'm curious to know how aggressive your organizations are when applying an Oracle CPU after its release.

Do you apply all applicable component patches in a CPU at once or do you stagger the patching of components i.e. JDK, WebLogic, Elastic Search, PeopleTools, etc.?

Additionally, how do you work in functional testing w/ the CPUs along with other ongoing projects, PUMs, and so on. In short, how successful is your functional testing schedule in avoiding multiple rounds of testing after each change to the environment?

@Eric Bouse We apply JDK and Weblogic as quickly as possible, but often stagger other pieces of the CPU just because of the time needed to test. If we can coordinate the PeopleTools/ES patches with another project, we will do so just to avoid multiple rounds of testing. We're usually able to schedule getting them done in a relatively short time-frame, but not as aggressively as we do with the JDK/Weblogic push.
