"Mix" of Item Demands - Multi Site and Single Site (R3483)

Anyone running this in Production? Is there risk in running R3483 across all items where some item demand needs the ST to meet the OT demand? Where other item demand needs have SO / FC demand in single site? Curious if anyone feels there is risk (or Standard Practice?) with Regen on all items at same time versus running a daily two pass MRP Generation (1. R3483 for ST/OT items 2. R3482 for SO/FC items). I am trying to resolve some Forecast Consumption test results by doing all in R3483.
