9.2 Recruitng Home for hiring managers

Hello. We would like to hear from others who have implemented 9.2 Recruiting Home for hiring managers. We implemented it for recruiters a few months ago (during 9.2 go live) and would like to implement it for hiring managers as well. Our hiring managers currently use a custom page to review their applicants.

We are interested in hearing what pagelets you made available to hiring managers, the security changes required to make the pagelets and underlying functionality work (for example, pivot grids are not working in Dev), process changes you made along with the roll out, lessons learned, etc. Any information others can share on this subject would be greatly appreciated!
