Is anyone in the past received similar error, if so could you please let me know how to fix it.
@Julianne Hope We are using Appsian plugins with the webserver as part of Single signon (SSO) setup, which is actually causing the java script error. We've contacted Appsian and received a fix. After applying the fix, the issue got resolved. If you're also using SSO, please try to reach out to the vendor for the solution.
The following is the solution that we received from Appsian.
The below lines need to be added to the top of all of the HTML Add-on Actions on your active policy set. Rest of the existing code under the HTML Add-on Actions need to be present still.
