Access Denied?

I'm trying to open links to Recent Discussions under https://forum.questoraclecommunity.org/groups/oracle-public-sector and I'm getting "Access Denied
You seem to have stumbled upon a page that you do not have access to."
Our corp membership is paid through next year. I tried leaving & re-joining the group but still get the error.
Any advice on what's causing this and how to fix it?
