Bulk data extract from JDE

Hi Experts ,

I came across scenario where need to extract large amount of data (batch run) from JDE and sync with data warehouse for other application.
From JDE came across that have option as BSSV or AIS(Orchestrator) .

What is the best way to extract this type of bulk data ? Or is there any other way to handle this other then BSSV or AIS ?
