We're currently assessing the feasibility of the remote worker feature to provide insight into our remote populations remote working days. As employee schedules vary from person to person, we hoped to use this feature to allow employees to modify their schedules on a weekly basis. It seems that this is not possible without creating a remote agreement of a week and that seems like a major inconvenience for employees to have to go through the entire process on a weekly basis rather than just toggle a few choices for days by week and then there is the potential for reporting inaccuracy. Has anyone used this feature, had these discussions or knows an effective workaround? I'd love to hear from you.
