They can check the accounting entries data if there is any duplicate.
If not the second issue could be with Journal Post Process. Review the posted data.
If not then last steps is to check if any problem with Depreciation close process and if closing was done correctly.
We upgraded to 9.2 this past October. Ever since the upgrade, when I generate my AM subsystem JEs, the accumulated depreciation for the depreciation entry is showing up on both the Depreciation and Retirement JEs. The Dist_Ln table lists the retirement journal ID for all DPR and PDP accumulated lines. I've reviewed the AETs for all categories and the AED for AMDEFNRET and AMDEFNDEPR. Nothing looks amiss. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on how to figure out what's happening?
Hello Shannon, I am posting this reply on behalf of my colleague Hitesh Chheda who doesn't have a Quest login yet. Please see if this helps.
If issue can be replicated than in above order someone can setup the trace on each step validate and review the data.
