We have Email Approval working in the PeopleSoft environment for Expenses. However, our issue is the look of the email. We don't seem to be able to easily change the look of it so it doesn't look like a phishing email. We were told by a consultant that worked on it for us we would have to make changes to the PeopleCode and possibly the program which consumes the email into the system in order to format the email layout. It seems odd to us there isn't an easier way to format what the email should look like and what data could be included. Has anybody else formatted the approval email for expenses?
