DDP003 (Payroll Advice Print - U.S.) process is running for more than 6 hours. Is anyone else experience long processing time ? If so, could you please let me know on what steps did you take to remediate.
@Nicole Apostola Thanks for your response. No, we are not seeing anything unusual with the pay period and it happens to all pay periods. Its been 4 months since I opened a SR and Oracle technicians are trying their best to resolve the issue. At this point of time, we are not sure if this is an application issue or a server issue. So I am reaching out to the Peoplesoft communities to check if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue.
