834 file format

We are trying to catch up with everyone else and get a form of self service going. We are already talking with our providers about data transfer back and forth, and most are requesting the 834 file format. I have read that Oracle and PeopleSoft have this as functionality, but not JD Edwards. Are there any users out there that have worked through this that would be willing to discuss? Thanks in advance.
