HCM new build on Linux, errors

So I've used the virtualbox instances for educational purposes with no problems. I recently downloaded the linux HCM image from PUM homepage.
I build a fresh Oracle linux (7.8) and tried installing the HCM environment but always end up with errors. Anyone done this successfully recently? It errors after everything has been copied in place and starts configuring.
