Lot Level Costing?

Anyone tried implementing Lot level costing in their system? (F4101.IMCLEV = 3)
We are trying to implement here and found some key functionality missing. Wanted to ask if anyone in this group has implemented and tried using that. F4105/F30026 has the fields at the table level but not used in the standard Cost simulation/Freeze batches or in the apps Cost component / Landed cost?
