Demographic Reporting for Revenue and Expenditure Contracts

Hi everyone,

To respond to contracting equity legislation, our team is working on a project to report on demographic data for expenditure and revenue contracts in PeopleSoft. We would like to raise a few questions to the community:

• Do you track prime and sub performance against Purchase Orders and contracts? If so, how?

• How do you report on race, ethnicity, gender, and contract level (prime and subcontract) for expenditure and revenue contracts in PeopleSoft? What modules do you use?

• Are you using your own demographic configurations or built-in PeopleSoft categories?
