Corporate Card and T&E

I'm curious if anyone has implemented the corporate card functionality after already being live on T&E. We are trying to figure out the change management required to assist users with the initial period where items will transition from being manually entered to coming into their My Wallet automatically. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
